What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and keep you signed in.

Cookies we use

• Essential (auth) cookies: Used to keep you signed in to your Vendify account. These are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled.
• Preference cookies: Store your UI preferences such as dark/light mode, and your answer to the usage-stats question below.
• Usage-stats ID (optional): a random ID kept in your browser’s storage, only if you choose “Allow”. It lets us count you once when you come back, instead of as a new visitor. It holds nothing about who you are and is never shared.

We do not use advertising, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics cookies.

Usage stats

Vendify counts its own usage so we can see how many people use it and how many enquiries and contacts we send each vendor: pages and vendor profiles viewed, searches, and taps on a vendor’s call, email, website or social links. Whether or not you allow the ID, each visit is counted once a day using a code made from your IP address and browser that changes every day and can’t be turned back into either; nothing is stored on your device for that. The stats stay with Vendify, are kept for up to 2 years, and are never used for advertising.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in.
